WHERE DO WE SHIP?

The delivery takes place within Germany as well as in the European foreign countries.


HOW IS SHIPPED?

The products from our assortment are sent by parcel via DHL.
Delivery is Monday - Saturday. A delivery to PACKSTATIONEN by DHL / Deutsche Post is also possible.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

If no other period is specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods takes place in Germany within 2 to 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days. When paying in advance the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.
Please note that on Sundays and public holidays delivery is not possible.


HOW DO YOU SHIP IN WINTER SEASON?

At temperatures below 0 ° there is a risk for the plants not to survive the transport undamaged. Therefore, there may be delays in shipping in appropriate weather. We ask for your understanding.
Alternatively, we offer you the possibility to add the shipping with heat pack. We recommend this from outside temperatures of less than 0 degrees Celsius. Shipping is then immediate, despite the low temperatures.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

We charge a shipping fee within Germany in the amount of 6.90 EUR. Shipping in Europe is 17 EUR.
