Description
With proper care, this pretty dendrobium forms distinctive, delicate pink flowers in spring that open wide and have a waxy gloss. Like many miniature orchids, it grows in nature as an epiphyte on trees and therefore prefers to be kept in a mounted form.

Ben's tips on plant care:
- Habitat/Light requirements: partial shade, avoid direct sunlight.
- Substrate: tied up on xaxim or in well-drained orchid substrate with good drainage
- Temperature: optimal at 18-23° C (day), 17-19° C (night)
- Watering: Spray regularly when attached, but allow plant to dry out well. Otherwise, water 1-2 a week when the upper substrate layers begin to dry. Use only lukewarm water with low lime content. Water less in winter.
- Humidity: needs high humidity, use humidifier or place in terrarium.
- Nutrient addition: fertilize moderately every 4 weeks with diluted orchid fertilizer only during the growing season.
- Ensure good ventilation of the terrarium to avoid fungal infestation.
